3. Prohibited Uses

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

14+ days before start: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee

7-13 days before start: 75% refund

3-6 days before start: 50% refund

Less than 3 days: No refund unless exceptional circumstances

After commencement: No refund but credit for future courses may be considered

Cancellation by BizAnalytics Pro

Course cancellation: Full refund or transfer to next available session

Schedule changes: Option to transfer or receive partial refund

Force majeure events: Credit for future courses or prorated refund

Quality issues: Full refund if service standards not met

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days via original payment method. Bank transfer fees may apply for international transactions.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimers

Training services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
No guarantee of specific career outcomes or salary improvements
Individual results depend on personal application and market conditions
Course content may be updated based on industry developments
Technical difficulties may occasionally affect service delivery

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the course fees paid by the user
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions) exempt us from liability

Refund consideration based on circumstances
Right to pursue legal remedies for damages

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, all access rights cease, confidentiality obligations continue, and any outstanding payments become immediately due. Users must return or destroy proprietary materials.

9. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Mediation
